KOVAC LIVE is an annual gathering experience designed to inspire, empower, and transform—equipping women to elevate in leadership, heal, rise, and walk boldly in their purpose.
Each year, women gather in a dynamic atmosphere of growth, connection, and activation. Through impactful speakers, intentional conversations, and immersive moments of reflection and strategy, attendees are challenged to step beyond limitation and into alignment with who they are called to become.
KOVAC LIVE is more than an event—it is a catalyst. It is a room where clarity is strengthened, confidence is restored, and leadership is refined. Women leave not only inspired, but equipped—with vision sharpened, voices strengthened, and purpose awakened.
This is where growth becomes action.
This is where leaders emerge.
Elevate. Empower. Emerge.

Meaning (Biblical):
“Sip” represents slowing down long enough to receive from God — His wisdom, His Word, and His presence. It’s that moment of pausing with intention, a practice embraced by the sip society.
What you are ‘sipping’:
God’s Word
His peace (John 14:27)
His wisdom (James 1:5)
His truth instead of your emotions
Spiritual Purpose:
To nourish your spirit before speaking, reacting, or pouring into others, fostering spiritual growth within a women's faith community.
Practical Use:
Morning moment with coffee/tea + scripture
A grounding scripture to begin conversations
A practice of pausing before responding (Proverbs 17:27–28)
Meaning (Biblical):
Prayer aligns your heart with God before you take action, make decisions, or share your truth within the sip society of our women's faith community.
Prayer Focus Here:
God, purify my heart before I speak.
Give me wisdom and love in what I’m about to share.
Let my words represent You well (Colossians 4:6).
Spiritual Purpose:
To ensure what comes out of your mouth is Spirit-led, not flesh-led, fostering spiritual growth.
Practical Use:
Quick whisper prayer before tough conversations,
Praying before posting online,
Covering conversations in grace beforehand.
Meaning (Biblical):
“Spill” doesn’t mean gossip, venting, or being messy.
Biblically, “spill” means testify — sharing your truth in a way that:
Heals
Helps
Honors God
Protects your witness
Spill = Holy Transparency
What you ‘spill’:
Testimony of what God has done
Lessons learned
Wisdom from scars, not wounds
Truth spoken in love (Ephesians 4:15)
In the sip society of a women’s faith community, this act of sharing can foster spiritual growth.
Spiritual Purpose:
To turn your story into ministry without spilling in a way that harms you or others.

Every man carries silent battles: childhood wounds, unspoken expectations, pressure to perform, and the weight of being strong for everyone else. However, what many men were never taught, especially within the context of Christian faith coaching, is this: unhealed pain eventually leads, speaks, and decides for you, hindering your healing and transformation.
A man who doesn’t face his pain will unconsciously repeat it. Through Christian faith coaching, healing and transformation can free him from cycles that limit his purpose and distort his identity.
Your family, your relationships, your community—they rise or fall based on the condition of your heart. Through Christian faith coaching, you can experience healing and transformation that turns instability into strength, confusion into clarity, and anger into compassion.
God can use a surrendered man far more than a hardened one. Through Christian faith coaching, healing and transformation soften what life tried to harden—allowing God to shape you with purpose.
A man who is healed through Christian faith coaching guards his heart, his home, his relationships, and his calling with wisdom. He embraces healing and transformation, becoming proactive instead of reactive, and present instead of distant.
Future generations will inherit either your unresolved trauma or your restored identity. Healing and transformation are essential for a man to break generational cycles and build new ones anchored in Christian faith coaching.
