• Free from damage, stains, odors, or alterations
• Returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, inserts, or promotional materials

Products that do not meet these criteria may not qualify for a refund.

We accept returns for the following reasons:

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our mistake.
• If a refund is denied due to item condition, we will notify you and offer the option to have the item returned to you at your expense.
