Faith isn’t about having every answer—it’s about learning to trust God one step at a time. If you’ve ever had questions, struggled with doubt, or wanted a deeper relationship with God, you’re in the right place. Let’s grow in faith together through honest conversations and God’s unchanging truth.
Have you ever wondered where God was when something painful happened? Maybe you’ve prayed for someone to get better, asked God to fix a situation, or begged Him to answer a prayer that seemed to go unanswered. When life doesn’t make sense, it’s natural to have questions.
Sometimes people think that asking questions means they don’t have enough faith. But throughout the Bible, people who deeply loved God asked honest questions. David cried out in the Psalms. Habakkuk questioned what he was seeing. Even the disciples asked Jesus when they didn’t understand. God wasn’t threatened by their questions, and He’s not threatened by yours.
Faith isn’t pretending you have all the answers. Faith is choosing to keep bringing your questions to God instead of walking away from Him. He welcomes your honesty because He wants a real relationship with you—not a perfect performance. You may not receive every answer right away, but you can trust that God is still listening, still loving you, and still working, even when you don’t understand.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” — Proverbs 3:5–6 (NIV)
God doesn’t ask us to understand everything. He invites us to trust the One who already does.
Write a letter to God with every question that’s been on your heart. Don’t hold back. Then end the letter by writing, “God, even when I don’t understand, I choose to trust that You are good.” Keep the letter and revisit it in a few months to see how God has been working.
Father, thank You for loving me enough to welcome my questions. Sometimes I don’t understand what’s happening, and that’s hard. Help me remember that Your silence doesn’t mean You’ve left me, and Your timing is always perfect. Strengthen my faith, give me peace while I wait, and help me trust Your heart even when I can’t see Your hand. Thank You for never giving up on me. In Jesus’ name, amen.
If you’re struggling with doubts about God, don’t keep them hidden. Talk with a parent, youth pastor, trusted teacher, mentor, or another mature Christian who will listen without judging you. Questions can become the beginning of a stronger faith when you seek answers together.
